Anger is like the white sugar of political activism; it gives you an adrenaline high but then you’ll crash. What we need is nourishment for the long-haul: laughter at the ridiculousness of it all and love for the possibilities that could be.

During my darkest days in prison we found times to laugh. Whether during a visit or some absurdity of the system. Being in for 8yrs for a crime I didn’t commit was the hardest time of my life. But I had friends that stood by me. I came home in 2020 & am looking towards 2021 #IRP5

The left needs unity, organization, and leadership. Channel the anger into productive results.
NO — righteous anger can be entirely appropriate. Did you not hear your own words on Krystal Kyle & Friends? Sometimes it’s time to fight.

Anger can be used as a tool to motivate oneself and belief of a better tomorrow as the fuel. Don't ignore anger or push it aside. Use it.

Despair = Anger Hunger = Anger Poverty = Anger Political Corruption = Anger Hunger Pains = Anger Dying from preventable illnesses = Anger Anger is the inevitable conclusion. Anger may be a last resort. But that's where we're at now.

But then...what do I do with all this rage? It IS rage. And it'll remain rage. Where do I put it? Rage of the barbarians is what is needed in this moment. We're not saving the world for ourselves. We're trying to save the world for future generations.

I'm dealing with my anger by shopping for pitchforks.
