It is very troubling to me that you believe this speech was good. It's a call to restore America's leadership of the World. A call for a New Cold War Alliance to stop a Multipolar World. America has no right to rule the World. Your own work makes that clear. You've lost your way

He did not say America has the right to rule the world! He said that a nation as large and powerful as ours has responsibilities and I agree with him.

He said lead the World. To me the words lead and rule are synonyms. Do you agree with Biden that we need to "restore America's leadership" ?

I think Europe must lead. I think Latin America must lead. I think Japan must lead. I think Africa must lead. I think Canada must lead. China and Russia obviously lead. So no, I don’t think the US should shirk leadership responsibilities any more than any other powerful nation.
