Without radical action on climate change, within 7- 10 yrs we could have whole swaths of continents uninhabitable due to heat, major economic collapse & food shortages + 100s of millions of environmental refugees. Covid should cure us of the “Oh that could never happen” syndrome.

We need to focus on fixing this first, because China isn't telling the truth about it being under control...and the next bad strain coming from them may be weeks away. This is not a time to get distracted by the primary threat to our health and economy.

Planet of the Humans documentary describes how far we are from solutions. Green technology not the savior we hoped for-not if we don’t significantly alter our consumption. Even then - green technology has a large footprint too. Making people a bunch of money so already corrupted.
