We’re not ignoring what he says. He told donors “Nothing will fundamentally change.” So until he *proves* otherwise, there’s nothing to applaud.

Talk is cheap.

Many countries with a fraction of our GNP (France, Canada, UK, Australia...) have given their citizens an average of $2,000/month for the past 8 months during this pandemic with Universal Healthcare. A retroactive UBI & M4A would help us a lot more than a "very strong speech."

No strong speech will make a difference at this point. Actions, not words.
