Shouldn’t insurance companies be paying the hospitals?

Hospital conglomerates are very much responsible for the huge increase in medical costs. They take in 2Xs what other countries do. They have plenty of money as they gleefully bankrupt their patients by charging $37 for a $0.50 Tylenol or $800 for a $1 metal screw.
