Covid is a genocide. 300,000 people dead within 9 months is genocidal. If you read about 300,000 people killed in [name almost any global south country here], the U.S. would be screaming about taking the leader to The Hague.

Institutional/systemic trauma. I was an attny who represented homeless folks before SSA. All were traumatized by a system that keeps forcing them to prove their worth while denying that very worth. I quit my job so I can work toward making us a more #traumainformed society.
