The worst tragedy isn’t just their denying the $2k one-time stimulus: even that was little more than the thinnest lifeline for so many at this point. In a sane country it would be $2k every month retroactively to when the pandemic started, plus $2k/mo. going forward until it ends

Please stop. Let's take one day to focus on our families and what we do have. Everyone, have a peaceful day and those who are struggling, be gentle with yourself.

In a country that prioritized its people it would be. Our government officials prioritize themselves and their special interests above all else. We can starve a long a they make money. We can lose our homes a long as they can buy out property. We witnessed it in 2008.

I’ve kept my job. I don’t need the check. But my husband lost his. It needs to go to those that have been affected. I am a healthcare worker. My job will never be lost. But I sure could use some extra vacation paid for. We need to care for people ...

The @GOP is scarring this generation of children. These kids will grow up & spend the rest of their lives viewing the Republicans with contempt. Just like the children who survived the Great Depression. #COVID19Depression

Good grief who pays for this!!! When money is printed like this it looses its value ever heard of inflation its coming
Yeah... but I'm not passing up the handout. That's what the classy folk get, in the form of inheritance, tax cuts, and so forth. Only us regular folk work for our worth. Deficits/austerity reinforce that crime. Time to shake down the Sacklers, and so on.
