The United States is the only advanced democracy not to give direct and substantial cash relief to its citizens during this pandemic. Perhaps just let that sink in.馃槥

Is this the exceptionalism we hear so much about? Because almost anyone can be pretty exceptional about not paying money if given half a chance.

Unfortunately the reason why is because people with a voice like yours cannot direct it at the right people / the right target. Call me when you're ready for real change.
We've been screaming this for years and yet y'all still we're pushing biden, congrats we're actually all fucked

Please stop calling the political system of USA a democracy. It's a dictatorship. The corporations rule & that for many, many decades.

Um, I recall both my wife and I receiving $1,200 a little while ago during the pandemic...for many people that is well above a normal paycheck...seemed substantial to me.

Is the US really an "advanced" democracy tho? Your electoral system is an 18th century prototype and you're stuck with a two-party system that has produced corporate dependency & crippling corruption. The only way the US democracy's "advanced" is in comparison with Ancient Athens
