I agtee. The two great arcs of learning, mastery of the material world in the West, and exploration of the spiritual world in the East are in the process of joining. The result will not be the sum of both added together, but something entirely new in human consciousness.

While it is true that Astronomy and Astrology were not separate sciences until about 5 or 6 hundred years ago, God makes it very clear in the Bible how he feels about astrology and astrologers.

Humanity has been going through its rebellious, but self-destructive adolescence. It rejects out of hand the wisdom of its elders, while discovering all kinds of novel distractions. Has generated a false belief in its own invulnerability. Time to put aside childish things.

Astrology has a very inconvenient disadvantage of "little to no supporting evidence". The gatekepping in science is to prevent random, unsupported ideas from becoming mainstream. If you find good evidence for Astrology, it will eventually be accepted by the scientific community.
