The more I read about the contents of the bill, the clearer it is that it is not really a “Covid relief” bill at all. That phrase is simply used as cover for the continuation of a massive power grab by those whose greed caused so much of the problem to begin with.

No, but only because the people of the United States aren’t there. It wouldn’t work. I don’t see it as an applicable solution to this time and place.

Putting your support behind it is a good way to bring the American people to that point. We're worth more than this; it's time we made a stand together and did something about it.

Crystals can only being so much change If you want real change, on the ground action like Strike, occupy and protest at House, Senate and politicians homes is the only way There is never a good time/place for those who engage in motivated reasoning on how not to do it
Don't you see that we are always told that this isn't the time and place? Same thing was said about the equal rights amendment.
