So your worried about supporting the United States military but OK WITH the amount of money flowing to other countries...many that hate us...oh..OK🙄 typical liberal.

What is the money you think is “flowing to other countries?” Only 01% of our spending - much less than every other advanced democracy - goes to humanitarian assistance to other countries. Most of it is military assistance that simply increases our own military industrial complex

To protect us with weapons as we die from ever more dangerous symptoms of a stressed planet? It’s all about the money. Protection and defense would look very different with today’s threats if it were not. We are so deeply lost in the wasteland.

Indeed. All of these bills are full of pork. Our legislature is using Covid and the real financial suffering of millions to line the pockets of special interests. It's appalling.

If the sun died and our ultimate demise was all but certain, the very last congressional action would probably prop up the weapons industry, just out of habit.

The covid relief is attached to the regular year end omnibus spending bill. It’s a bit blurry to characterize the whole thing as covid relief.

And people wonder how Donald trump got elected. They are all fools. You are right Marianne, if Biden doesn’t come in strong, America’s future is bleak. And all these “leaders” will stand wide eyed in denial, yet again.

It’s almost as if seizing more power and growing the gov’t even more is the real priority here, right Ms Williamson? Now everyone stay locked in your houses and do as you’re told, peasants.
