Joshua Feast 22, was shot in the back & killed while unarmed in Houston by officer Jose Santos. Santos had a KNOWN history of violence against Black men and still served as an officer. Feast was allegedly kicked by Santos AFTER being shot. No body cam video released #JoshuaFeast
