What people don’t seem to realize is that these folks—Paltrow, Williamson, Chopra, Dr. Oz—are religious figures that attempt, in various ways, to disguise themselves with scientific language...doing a disservice to religion and science.

In all of their books, great power is attributed to the mind and spirit. Disease and well being are all spiritual. Here’s a great example from the huge bestseller The Four Agreements, in which opinions cause cancer(!!!!!!!).
