One major difference between GOP and Dems is that GOP leverage their right flank to gain policy concessions and generate enthusiasm, while Dems lock their left flank in the basement bc they think that will make Republicans be nicer to them

Absolutely. The civility amounts to either rolling over, or playing victim, but net net same. We need younger leaders. Or at least more progressive, and let’s leave the “civility/victimhood”at the door-

I completely agree. So how is it that your party is good for the rest of America? They’ve demonstrated, time and time again their contempt for you and you keep holding water for them. This is indefensible. Dems are not the good guys in any situation.

The GOP really does care if anything gets done. Remember, negotiating with the GOP is almost the same as negotiating with a suicide driver in a car. If folks lose jobs, healthcare, businesses, they simply do not care. Why does this mean so little to voters on the right is the ?
