No, they are not significant and surely she knows that. The majority of people who serve in the US Congress - including her - spend that much on a holiday night out to dinner with the kids and grandkids.

The $600 one-time payment is not the only type of direct payment included. There is also a $300/wk unemployment bonus for 11 weeks, and money for rental assistance and expanded SNAP. It’s not enough but it’s significant. speaker.gov/newsroom/122020
