This day will be remembered in American history kind of like the Boston tea party or the Boston massacre. It will be a day when Americans said to themselves, “Enough is enough.” The biggest irony is that those who passed this mediocre bill actually think they had some big success

Marianne Williamson is calling for an uprising of consciousness among the American people. “These are revolutionary times. It is either going to be a revolution of love and justice—or a revolution of violence and pain.”

My biggest fear is Republicans who claim victory and see this inadequate bill as once-and-done which is frightening. People facing evictions have been granted a one-month reprieve in winter while COVID is raging and millions have no work. Are we living in a Dickens novel?

Why do Americans keep electing Republicans to represent them??

They should have said that YEARS AGO but if we don't get rid of the ABBERANTLY RIDICULOUSLY STUPIDLY IGNOMINIOUSLY REDUNDANT OBSOLETE ARCHAIC ELECTORAL COLLEGE and don't federalize the voting system the same thing will happen again

To recap: Congress made $174,000 in publicly-funded pay this year, had free publicly-funded health care, months of publicly-funded paid vacation en route to a publicly-funded retirement & now 1st to receive a free vaccine But we get $600 because any more would be "too socialist"

it's disgusting. They want us to be thankful? Almost 5 TRILLION Dollars, when the dust settles & the bodies are buried, is going to the richest & to large corporations. THAT was the CARES act. Today? Today showed how vile our 'leaders' are. Sick. @SpeakerPelosi @senatemajldr
