No one who has actually read my books says that’s what they’re about. No one. I guess you can take out a sentence every once in a while and make me look crazy with it, but that doesn’t change the fact that the work you are describing is not my work. You’re the one who is shaming.

You should really read this thread, it includes screenshots of your tweets discouraging people from taking medications.
Black box warnings on anti depressants led to a reduction of adolescent enrollment in treatment. They have added to the stigma of mental illness and resulted in fewer kids getting treatment. Research has shown the most effective treatment is meds and therapy for depression.
