Marianne Williamson was the Mother Theresa of the AIDS epidemic, and by that I mean she told sick and dying people that if they just just believed hard enough, God would cure them; and now white people love to whitewash her actions & ignore the actual harm she did.
@marwilliamson fed and cared for gay men with AIDS back in the 80’s when no one else would. That organization she started, Project Angel Food, continues to feed those who are sick and in need of food today. I’ve read every one of her books and I am a better person for it.

I never said such a thing! I said that until there was a cure we were going to love each other through this, we were all going to be there for each other, that we were going to take care of each other, and even those who died would not die alone. And that is exactly what we did.
