1/ I don’t doubt Biden’s good intentions or the seriousness of the new admin in trying to tackle the problems of our time. It’s not a criticism but simply a warning to say they literally do not have time to be even remotely gradual or incremental in their efforts to rescue people

2/ They won’t have the first 2 yrs to fundamentally change things; they’ll have first 100 days. He should come on with policies blazing, full FDR, quick massive relief & recovery efforts DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE. Repubs will hate him either way. Be FDR: “I welcome their hatred.”

Marianne, please work closely with President Elect or Kamala Harris.
I think he should take it easy, wear an Ascot and appear publicly every day to drink a gorgeous mixed drink and take his pills for the day and talk about horticulture on television, ending each episode with, "I must to private quarters for I do say I'm about to get the vapors."

"Nothing will fundamentally change" is what the media sold for Biden and the corporate dems to the public as what they would want.

Be FDR? I hope you don’t mean the internment camps as well....

That’s not the energy he was showcasing in that meeting with black leadership unfortunately.

Yes! We need that FDR courage! Turn this around and support those who are the foundation of the economy, not those who just collect from the work we all do.

He's going to waste time trying to win over republicans though and try to work together with them... and they're never going to. Obama did the same thing.
