2/ They won’t have the first 2 yrs to fundamentally change things; they’ll have first 100 days. He should come on with policies blazing, full FDR, quick massive relief & recovery efforts DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE. Repubs will hate him either way. Be FDR: “I welcome their hatred.”

I don't agree he denies the science. I believe that if there was a magic wand to reverse the crisis overnight, he would use it in a heartbeat.But such magic does not exist. What we have is a mess that needs to be cleaned up with real world tools, & I hope we clean up fast enough.

Congress controls spending. Unless Dems control the Senate, Biden is severely limited in what he can do without Repub support. Those are the facts. People can pout and stomp tgeir feet all they want, it doesn't change the law. That means Biden will HAVE to work with Repubs
