Why is Marianne Williamson trending? She is a two bit, grifter whose books are an atrocity. She apparently met Jesus at a party. Not an analogy, she says she shook his hand. I read her books so you don’t have to!

This isn’t the bill to die on. Marianne Williamson has a good heart, it seems, but her stances on a number of issues are incredibly problematic. Her views she’s expressed on HIV AIDS treatment, among other views, are not OK.

Those would be your actions, not your views. You did some really good things, but you also said some terrible things, and you also said some good things. Problem is, the things you said could have a real impact, and this isn’t a simple math equation to see which gets more points.

My roommate's late mother, Terry Etlinger, knew Marianne in the 80s when attended The Center for Living in West Hollywood. Marianne was a wonderful support to her. She died of AIDS in 1990 having changed from an embattled former NYC liberal Jew to a Spiritually grounded woman
