My concern is that people will be so relieved to see Biden become president they’ll be tempted to forget how much pain is still out there and just be excited that everything is “back to normal.” A permanent underclass will have then become a permanent class of invisible sufferers

We need to stop looking away from all the pain and suffering that is around us! There are far too many people barely hanging on while others just think they don’t want to work! The mental health system has failed so many! America needs to bring light to this darkness. Help now!🙏

Unless he has some sort of plan we don’t know about unifying this country may be an impossible task. People need to pay for real crimes not ones the right wingers make up about Democrats..If people aren’t held accountable nothing will ever change..

I do not think so. The underclass and those dropping from the working and middle class are so in your face, especially in cities like Philly that already had a high poverty rate, or in communities of color who get hit the hardest by any economic downturn due to discrimination.

You should be concerned. Biden and the 'ruling' Democrats are nothing more or less than the embodiment of Status Quo. Status Quo will benefit them and those in power/big money. Nothing real will change. But, in the end, it will be the end of the Democratic party 4 years from now.

Its already happening. Ive been mocked for being mad at Biden’s cabinet picks from the same people who were all like “Biden’s not my first choice, but we can hold him accountable later” in April
