My concern is that people will be so relieved to see Biden become president they’ll be tempted to forget how much pain is still out there and just be excited that everything is “back to normal.” A permanent underclass will have then become a permanent class of invisible sufferers

The Country will not go back to normal! We are headed for a new normal and that will be hard won! Keep praying for good to overcome evil!🙏🙏

We must refuse to let that happen. I will be relieved when President elect Biden is in office, but I will never unsee what was exposed about our country under the current administration.

This is by design.

This is a fair concern, but those of us who voted for #Biden are compassionate, empathetic, and intelligent, and we know there is much work yet to be done 🙂

i think we should be worrying about the violent coup the current WH resident is attempting needs a bit more attention at this point....

I live in reality. "Back to normal" no longer exists. We need to create and move forward with a "new normal" and reflect on what that looks like.

Are you kidding? There are homeless, mentally I’ll, and/or drug addicts all over cities. It won’t be “back to normal” for a long long long time, if ever.

NOW is the time ... If no significant legislation is passed this year ... the opportunity will have been lost and all this suffering will have been for nothing!

It's up to all of us to keep everyone uncomfortable until everyone can be. We must primary every democrat that does not support reparations, M4A, GND, justice for all! We the people have the power. We just have to use it.
