Moratorium is just a delay, we need real action like stimulus checks to solve this problem, people need to pay their rent and the average renter is facing 5,300$ in back rent. So rent moratorium til the vaccine is fully distributed and 2,000$ a month is the only way.

#StimulusCheckNOW Arizona governor @dougducey has checked out. States are doing nothing, they don't have the money to take up this burden. Federal must bailout citizens for the foreseeable future or the economy will crash like we've never seen before.

Maybe they wouldn’t live in a bubble if they weren’t allowed to use their position in government for personal gain. They become millionaires exploiting information and raking in lobbying dollars, the conflict of interest is obvious, they’re disincentivized from doing their job!
