Taxes by themselves cause disparities in wealth. Accompanied by regulation and you have yourself a recipe for disparity growth.
I guess/hope this is a study of 50 years' worth of data, not a study that took 50 years?

I remember watching Reagan announce this policy on TV. My Father & Grandmother looked at ea other & pretty much finished ea. other's sentence's .. "Trickle Down my ASS! Piss on the Damn poor is more like it!" In less than 2yrs we saw thriving #BlackOwnedBusinesses - DEAD - CLOSED
