If we don’t radically deal w/ climate change, in 7-10 yrs swaths of continents could be uninhabitable. Massive food shortages, economic collapse, 100s millions of climate refugees to follow. “Some counties in Arizona” will then be large parts of the world. 12news.com/mobile/article/we…

Marianne, from which sources do you get your news? You need to expand your horizons and stop using your good standing to post hysterical prognostications. Let’s talk in 7 years to find the uninhabitable part so of the earth. Sista, please.

Climate change... “It’s almost unimaginable to think of the food shortages-the refugee crisis-and the economic collapse that could occur if we do not take radical action now” Marianne Williamson

It’s not just carbon. That’s a convenient go around. Allows us to focus on green technologies only instead of the fact that we, humans, want more than our share of everything on this planet. And want to continue that unabated. Green technology is not going to deal w that illness.

So you're saying the world is fucked, because nothing is going to fundamentally change in 7-10 years.

Did @JohnKerry say something very similar back in 2010 about the ice caps and polar bears dying? And polar bear populations are booming and we’re producing more food than we ever have? Stop trying to justify your economic take over with scare tactics.

This is a tough sell. I’ve been hearing dire predictions for the past 50 years and zero have come true.

Absolute cattle droppings. 2020 was a dream year for GW enthusiasts with lowest global emissions band yet there were a record number of tropical storms. The only way to "deal" with climate change is to adapt.

So out of the 7 continents on Earth how many would constitute "swaths"? 🤔

I can show you the exact same “ predictions “ from the 70s and yet we are still here. Governments do not control the climate .

The US and world lost four years of obstinate opposition to science. #climatechange #ClimateCrisis
