Unbelievable. Not only did they traumatize this woman, they then went to extreme lengths to cover it up.

The most telling part of this is how it could have all been avoided with the tiniest amount of competent police work. The unwillingness reveals that 1) they're not committed to stopping crime and 2) they know their mistakes are no biggie bc the ppl they hurt have no real rights
