"This isn't just a party that's trying to stay on the good side of an enemy of democracy," Murphy told the Post. "This is a party that has a whole bunch of enemies of democracy inside its top ranks. That's bone-chilling." @ChrisMurphyCT

"Voters, citizens, not kings or monarchs or oligarchs, decide who governs." Murphy stated, "It's made possible by a series of decisions we make every day to put the rule of law ahead of our own political power."

Chris Murphy is my senator. He's also said he's fine with Rahm Emmanuel in the admin. Also said he was disappoint in them failing their coup in Venezuela. Not that he was against it. That he was against failing. Better than Leiberman but.. much to be desired.

You cannot take bribes to knowingly legislate against the people to benefit the 1% and claim to be for the people. Don't care about the abstract notion of loving a nation...do care about the idea of loving the people who live within that nation that one is supposed to be serving

Same guy who says US (and Dems who recognised Guaido as the leader of Venezuela) tried a coup in Venezuela last year...

7/ Then, it got real embarrassing. In April 2019, we tried to organize a kind of coup, but it became a debacle. Everyone who told us they’d rally to Guaido got cold feet and the plan failed publicly and spectacularly, making America look foolish and weak.
