No, not if they follow their and the US Constitution. In this case, it appears that the Governor and the Sec. of State "arbitrarily" extended vote receipt deadlines. This power resides exclusively within the legislature. So the question is, do you support the rule of law?

No it doesn’t. There is nothing about that in the Constitution and it is decided differently in each state.
