1/ I might sound like an old lady shouting down from the attic on this, but I want to remind everyone that the “SCOTUS never overrides a state’s Constitutional right to determine their elections” argument is not always true. cnn.com/2020/12/11/politics/…

2/ In fact that’s exactly what they did in 2000 when SCOTUS overrode ruling of the Florida Supreme Court that they would re-count all their votes.(On later recount, Gore won) Then retired Justice Sandra Day O’Connor said later she regretted her vote. The Iraq War was a result.

No, not if they follow their and the US Constitution. In this case, it appears that the Governor and the Sec. of State "arbitrarily" extended vote receipt deadlines. This power resides exclusively within the legislature. So the question is, do you support the rule of law?
1
No it doesn’t. There is nothing about that in the Constitution and it is decided differently in each state.

Whether you are shouting down from the attic or up on the rooftop- keeping shouting Marianne. Yours is a voice of reason in an unreasonable and unpredictable moment in time.

@EricTrump lately looks like he’s slowly accepting that his wife won’t love him anymore because mango daddy will forget again who she is once he’s out of the White House and IN PRISON. I bet Eric throws mango daddy under the bus.
