It's important we all familiarize ourselves with these picks, both those we agree with and those we don't. Our entire conception of citizenship needs to change now, from "someone else is handling it" to "all of us participate with our opinions."
This is an *excellent* pick by Joe Biden. Tai is well-respected and deeply knowledgeable. She's much more moderate than I am, but she knows how to do the job and will do it well. (USTR is one of six key positions I'm following.)

Why? I mean aren't they all supposed to be "better than any of Trump's people"? Wasn't that the standard you used to vote for POTUS?

I made it very clear my support for Biden was in order to interrupt the Trump freefall of our democracy. I said I would be the first person to yell loudly about any choices I felt were unwise, and I’m staying true to my word.

Are we really surprised about these "choices" tho? You are in denial if you say you expected better from Joe. You supported him without conditions, then expect him to hear you now? Delusional.....

Isnt it great that we are replacing the Republican Raytheon lobbyist that’s the current secretary of defense with the Democratic Raytheon lobbyist?
Gaslight ers will be gaslighters...no doubt the 4th Reich is preferable in their minds. The proof is in the historical verifiable pudding of your tweets but obviously it's too much to expect that some people would wanna base their attacks on facts.
