I'm hopeful for developing a vaccine, medicine, PPE etc. as much as anyone but it makes me uncomfortable how resistant officialdom is to even discussing boosting the immune system through vitamins etc. Edging out anything but pharmaceutical formulation is wrong-minded & obsolete

You kinda lost me on this one. I think good nutrition definitely enhances healing but it’s not as powerful as modern medicine Though, you probably need both

I don’t think we can boost our immune systems to gain immunity. Having a boosted immune system may help give someone a better chance but athletic healthy ppl have passed from Covid.
