I'm hopeful for developing a vaccine, medicine, PPE etc. as much as anyone but it makes me uncomfortable how resistant officialdom is to even discussing boosting the immune system through vitamins etc. Edging out anything but pharmaceutical formulation is wrong-minded & obsolete

Exactly. There’s so much hypocrisy here. People pushing flu shots and completely ignoring the fact that social distancing, mask-wearing, washing hands, vitamins, etc..is far more important (and effective) in ensuring good health.

Vitamins don't do anything to "boost" the immune system, and they aren't even remotely comparable to a vaccine. This is a dangerously wrong opinion and should be deleted.

Did you know there's a clinical trial for vitamin C And Covid19 clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/… It shows 85% success

You kinda lost me on this one. I think good nutrition definitely enhances healing but it’s not as powerful as modern medicine Though, you probably need both

Agree 100%. On top of all recommended public health precautions, everyone should eat right, esp high vitamin foods, get adequate exercise and adequate rest. Also destress as much as possible. Less news, more comedy shows. Laughter helps. & remember to appreciate beauty of nature.

Given how the vitamin and supplement industries strongly and consistently fight attempts to regulate them and increase transparency, I don't put much faith in them tbh

The only thing that matters is the sale of billions of vaccines. They'll make moral arguments ad nauseum, but it's all about the dollars.
