I'm hopeful for developing a vaccine, medicine, PPE etc. as much as anyone but it makes me uncomfortable how resistant officialdom is to even discussing boosting the immune system through vitamins etc. Edging out anything but pharmaceutical formulation is wrong-minded & obsolete

Agreed, but “officials” can’t seem to get any messaging out without conflict & stupidity. Adding vitamins & good nutrition to the mix wouldn’t help.

I agree. They shoot for a first grade level of comprehension when sending out a message....and they should. I know people who would only hear the vitamin message and throw out the rest.
