The military knows how to wage war, and I respect that. But those who know how to wage peace should be given equal respect - and equal funding. Then we will be able to save the world.

Yes. The military industrial complex, how our military is used, etc, is a whole other issue. But the people who actually serve? And sacrifice? You bet I do.

Latest out of Ft. Hood is good news. The bad apples need to be shoved out on every base. Nobody who signs on the dotted line should have rape by US military members as an expectation.
