The problem is not where it went but that it was spent at all. That’s $4T more debt w little benefit.
Opening the economy is the only stimulus needed, and the only action w net gain.
We’ve spent $4T already on Covid relief yet only 1/5 of that went to individuals. Big companies received PPP who weren’t even required to use it to save employee’s jobs. And many didn’t. #DirectCashRelief
