Imagine what America would be like now if every adult knew they’d be getting $2k/mo (retroactively to when the pandemic began) & $1k for every child. Imagine how much panic, suicidal despair, domestic conflict & hunger would fall away. And be clear: we have the money to do that.

We are the 7th richest country in the world yet we can’t support our citizens during the pandemic. Countries lower on the list are sending monthly checks to their citizens to help them make it through this crisis - yet some of us only received $1,200 once - and some received $0

So this on top of universal healthcare. Free tuition. Food stamps, welfare, unemployment, housing assisty? Or does that all go away. By the way most people are depressed when they are on the government dole and can't support their own families.

My family is counting on UBI/stimulus to survive next year! Facing homelessness. I’m #EssentialWorkers who got #Longcovid from it. Under 30. I’ve been living disabled for 208 days & without income except for partner’s UI which ends dec. I want to know when my life will matter?

Now imagine how lonely and stressed people are trying to pay bills and feed their families. Imagine parents telling their children there will be no Christmas presents this year. Imagine missing a family member who is gravely ill or who has died. Screw @realDonaldTrump and the GOP

Notice how quickly the Congress overwhelmingly approved the Defence Bill and how slowly it's acting to provide direct help to people in a Covid-19 economic crisis? Isn't the intended purpose of Defense to protect Americans?

Money for nothing and your chips for free ~ mark of the beast aye Williamson? Is this what Lucifer told you to do? Is this the light of inspiration you got? Or is it the black death of rot and decay, a blanket of destruction you want to lay over this very young country. 👇🏼

In Canada, our gov’t spent the money to ensure that every Canadian laid off received $2k a month. Employment Insurance has been increased to the same amount. We also subsidized wages for companies with lost earnings. Some firms laid off thousands of Americans but retained 1/2

It's desperation that is fueling crime, it can only get worse at this pace! The other day I had an attempted home invasion! While I was home a robber/burglar forced my front door open as I was approaching it from inside! When I yelled hey MF'r He/they took off, it was 3:15 pm !

I would have to buy a deep freezer for all the food I’d be able to buy. I never use to eat lentils but the food bank gave us a ton of them so we made an amazing potato lentil ham soup. Ate it for three days!
