In order to stave off a Trump phenomenon that will continue to assault our democracy regardless what happens to Trump himself, Biden will need to reverse not only the chaotic & crazy disaster of the last 4 years but also the more polite but no less crazy disaster of the last 40.

The man lives in "more polite but no less crazy", his entire career is a testament to that. I get being optimistic, but c'mon, he's said absolutely nothing that indicates he's even going to try change anything, quite the opposite, actually.

He's one of the architects of the Neoliberal assault on democracy and decency. To further his career he reached across the aisle to help win the Reagan Revolution. That's why he was Obama's VP and is President now. He'd have to turn his back on himself. Will he?

From death cult fake populist fiddling to the tune of the 1%, while his base is busy being free to kill their grandfathers who fought in WWII to save their unborn asses only to be relegated to refrigerator truck morgues in return, because a face mask is a global threat to freedom

Wow! Im shocked by your bias in ur assumption that all Trump supporters are bad people. I should have you know that Trump supporters are just like you - they believe in pro choice, gay marriage, are against racism etc - the media has made you believe a fake narrative. Wake up!
