To coordinate information and provide policy proposals to address chronic trauma based on hunger, mental health issues, lack of education and healthcare etc among America’s children. Not enough to have data; we have to address the overall picture and develop policies that help.

"Policies" have not been created again and again in this country, for decades? I'm not trying to criticize your comment, just for the sake of it. I truly don't see how these systems have worked, for many, many years. I agree, always, we need major consciousness shift.
