I was glad to hear Biden say when he thinks about the state of the economy he doesn’t think about the state of the stock market but about the state of the average person’s wallet. Very important point: the richest 1% own half of the stock market & the bottom 50% own 0.7% of it.

He has wonderful speech writers I'd vote for any person who genuinely fit the profile of those speeches He's trying to hustle (millions of suffering) people into accepting incremental help in time of desperate need. I'm hopelessly waiting to hear what EO's he plans to enact

Every little bit helps. Many American voters support the role of rich folk and big money in politics because they buy into the notion the rich have more merit than other folks, but it's nice to find one that nonetheless at least expresses some interest in average people.

Biden is owned by the banks and credit card companies, and he will sell us out to them in a heartbeat. Actions (should) speak louder than words.

The big question is, though, just WHAT does he consider the average person? What DOES the normal US elite individual believe is an average person?

Heartwarming indeed to hear that from Joe Biden -- great champion of generous UBI, med4all, a federal job guarantee, and dozens of other similar programs to support the average person.

If he cared about our wallets, he wouldn't be getting ready to sign off on yet another stimulus that EXCLUDES all Americans for the benefit of government and corporations.

I'm glad you were glad to hear the guy who habitually lies, lie again. You've become quite a disappointment, Marianne.
