Even before the pandemic, 40% of Americans could not absorb a $400 unexpected expenditure. There is no way in the world that that $400 is not gone by now. 40% of all Americans. Let me repeat that. 40% of all Americans.

Do we know the reasons why those 40% couldn't absorb an unexpected expenditure of $400? I know a lot of people will say it's all from being paid too little, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that a lot of it has to do with poor financial decisions and spending too much.

50+ years of Democrat policies have caused: - increases in a wide range of taxes - skyrocketing housing costs - record National Debt - unnecessary increases in sales taxes - higher overall healthcare costs - record poverty rates - surges in violent & property crimes

Read a book? There haven’t been 50 years of Democratic policies. There have been 50 years of Democratic and Republican policies, and mosy of the ones you mentioned were Republican.

Welcome to the corporate states of 'Murica! 😡
Democrats say things look pretty rosy from the $400k/yr middle class on up, where's the urgency?

We need an educated public and a empathetic politic. Clearly. For the average person, car insurance, medical bills, dentist, new shoes, etc all go in credit cards to be paid WITH INTEREST over time. So this saying it’s bad decisions is not accurate.
