Very important to prosecute all those who tried to illegally undermine our democracy during this election & over the last 4 years. Only the fear of serious jail time will keep them from spending the next four years planning to do it again & figuring out how to succeed next time.

Replying to @snowchi3
Prosecuting criminals is not “revenge politics.”

Maybe even waterboarding them at Gitmo because they were acting with China? Well, maybe too extreme.
Stretching. Just leave it alone. People don’t want to hear his name anymore after the election.

what crimes, what people?
And what defines criminal? The Trump campaign filed lawsuits. That’s a legal thing to do. It’s ok if they didn’t win, it’s not okay to “lock them up” because you don’t like them. We all remember lock her up, but that never happened. So yes, you are referencing revenge politics
Can you conceive of a politician no state would go after if one were locked up? How can you govern that way? If you make it to president, you are above the law. Simple as that.

So why don't you amplify and bring attention to @TulsiGabbard Securing America's Election Act? Seems like this legislation would fix a lot of these concerns no?
