Very important to prosecute all those who tried to illegally undermine our democracy during this election & over the last 4 years. Only the fear of serious jail time will keep them from spending the next four years planning to do it again & figuring out how to succeed next time.

Prosecuting criminals is not “revenge politics.”

There has been criminal activity, but nothing remotely like the Donald and his henchmen. Certainly, no individual has been so crooked. Lock him up for rape, tax evasion, Deutsche Bank crimes, ripping off charities ... whatever it takes to put him away.

Not a chance in hell. We cannot even prosecute our elected officials as war criminals.

There sure are a lot of people in this thread who think politicians should be allowed to commit crimes.

I agree it is important... but I seriously doubt it will happen
Fighting crime preserves democracy. Letting serious corruption go unpunished enables fascists. Justice is based on Law.Not revenge. THEY politicize the legal system&abuse it,but that doesn’t negate using it as it was intended.
