Very important to prosecute all those who tried to illegally undermine our democracy during this election & over the last 4 years. Only the fear of serious jail time will keep them from spending the next four years planning to do it again & figuring out how to succeed next time.

if someone wants to commit any crime, I don't think threat of jail time is a deterrent. This is especially true if they think they can do it without getting caught (a common misconcpetion among the criminally minded).
