Everyone psychoanalyzing Trump & wondering what mental diagnosis historians will give him. But a larger point is the pathology of the culture that gave rise to him: a money obsessed political system that made the outsized businessman a false god. Correct that or he will reappear.

What is missing with is POV, is that there are people in our country (and world) who want to stop diversity- race, sexuality and nationality, Trump awoke and emboldened this. What was false is that he is a outsized businessman, he is a con man, his business empire is fake.

It's like the reactionary 1980's after the "trauma" the hippies inflicted on the world. This is some post Obama perverted version of that... now richy-rich me and can be racist to boot.

If you don’t read and study, where is your culture going to come from? That’s what he represents.

I agree. I also maintain he is mentally and emotionally ill. One could be a companion to the other but I suggest both exist.

73 million plus Trump voters ignored the MSM’s Trump bashing 24/7 for four years and decided secure borders law and order jobs and American entrepreneurial independence was more important than all the lies about President Trump being a racist BS! Blah! Blah!! Blah!! All nonsense!

We may have democratic institutions, but when it comes to the 4 essential things in our lives: Housing, employment, education and healthcare, we live under the dictatorship of money!

What gave rise to Trump is an unresponsive government and knowing the establishment would hate it. It's late stage lesser of two evils voting. 5 million foreclosed while big banks bailed out - endless war, the gap of the rich and poor widening and standard of living going down.

As usual an enlightened point of view is appreciated.
