Is the best way to push Biden in a less corporatist & more humanitarian direction to stay within the Democratic Party in exchange for perceived (or imaginary) access, or to form another party that could actually threaten the citadels? Not saying I know the answer; I’m just asking

The GOP must be pushed out of American politics. The future two party system must be Centrist Democratic and Progressive. THIS must be the foundation of messaging in American politics. How we get there: win the senate, implement wide reforms, then message the hell out it.

I think it’s long past time for a party to support labor, which is sorely lacking representation in this country. I also think Progressives who think Biden will tilt left at all are fooling themselves.

My father taught me, when I was a teenage rebel out to change the world, that my efforts would be more effective by working within the system. He said I needed to understand how things work before I could change them. I think he was right.

Your country is so polarized that a split on the Democratic side would leave Republicans in power permanently. You need to control the senate before anything real could happen. This you know.

I don't think Dems will allow the party to go left. I think Leftists and Progressives should form their own party, starting in the House and the Senate. They can caucus with Dems but use withholding their votes to make deals with centrists.

Another party takes A LOT of time, effort, and money. Plus 3rd parties are notoriously suppressed. Our best bet is to replace everyone in the Democratic party that takes corporate PAC money, corporate lobbyist money, and doesn't endorse progressive policies.

To form another political party while the one elected has not started to lead yet... #whatacircus

Since this parties don't have a seat at the table I believe it's better to stay in the democratic party and vote for progressives whenever they are on the ticket
