Is the best way to push Biden in a less corporatist & more humanitarian direction to stay within the Democratic Party in exchange for perceived (or imaginary) access, or to form another party that could actually threaten the citadels? Not saying I know the answer; I’m just asking

Best answer is to ban lobbyists & make campaign contributions transparent, but that won’t happen, because politicians have learned to not bite the hand that makes them rich.

Form another party, force the politicians to adapt to the people not the other way

If the GOP fractures into two parties (the nazi party and the fascist party) then that might be the time to split the dnc into two parties (the republican party and the progressive party). This country desperately needs >2 parties if it is going to survive.

We need to change the underlying structure with some form of Ranked Choice Voting. I prefer: starvoting.us/

I say, give him 6 months to a year to prove himself. If he's not being responsive, we start the work for a third party run immediately.

At this moment the only reason to stay within the dem party is to awaken the public. One cannot be concerned with reelection, only the power of the pulpit. Expose the lies, the hypocrisy, empower your constituents and have a million others to take your place as you will be ousted

How about a party free movement of just people willing to take on corporate control of our democracy directly through boycotts, walk outs, strikes, etc. and raise money not for a party, but 2 help workers survive a strike- provide free housing, and start with essential workers.

Honestly, representative government will never give the people what they need to survive until the people are organized enough to demand it without recourse to capitalist parties. Force their hand and the law will follow

The left needs its own party, free of corruption, to oppose the corporate duopoly.
