Why does the media talk so much more about the coronavirus than about the food lines, the evictions, the social consequences of all that despair? There are many ways to ruin a life and damage a nation.

It’s like the Government has totally forgotten about the financial victims of this pandemic. Millions of Americans have been struggling to pay for rent & food. People have been waiting since June for Congress to pass a Covid Stimulus Relief Bill. It’s ridiculous.

Because addressing the extreme poverty they would give power to the oppressed. Better to talk up testing and vaccines where their corporate owners can leech more money from the people

Because the media is owned and controlled by the same interests groups that constitute the political lobbies and the ruling plutocracy, they have no interest in social justice and the well being of ALL the people!
