There’s a line in the Bible that “what man intends for evil God intends for good.” The silver lining of such unbelievably sick things happening in the last few years is that it’s started to create more of an appetite for things that are healthy.

How come Americans favorite television and movies are death, zombies, murder, scandal, and violence? All the light hearted shows I love end up cancelled while the above genres live on forever. Sure wish we could do something about that

Speaking of health, I know we want to be on a path of high consciousness, but also I hope people are taking time to reflect and make changes to there physical health. Quit smoking, better nutrition, some type of exercise. All will help with ones immune system. Mind Body Spirit
