#Medicare4All, #TuitionFree are seen as middle-of-the-road policies in most advanced societies - ones doing a whole lot better than ours. Calling them "far left" is just a PR strategy on the part of those resisting the power share that's at the heart of a just society.

What do you have against personal responsibility?

How can you say to someone working three jobs just to feed their kids that the problem is they're not working hard enough??

Do you know what they call people with #FreeTuition? Drop-outs.

Enough with this "If it's harder for people it's better for people" nonsense. It's Calvinist philosophy left over from the 17th century and *really* needs to go.

My parents weren’t Calvinists. They were just farmers who taught their kids to work hard and get a good education. This “I’m entitled to the fruits of someone else’s labor” is a Marxist philosophy and *really* has to go.

Calvinists were centuries ago. My father was taught and taught his kids to work hard & get a good education too. I don't want entitlement any more than you do. That's why corporate subsidies & tax cuts for the rich are so infuriating. THEY're who's taking the fruits of your labor
